Customer Service Policy Hosted Retreats Australia Pty Ltd is committed to providing customers with a personalised, high quality service by providing residential accommodation and tour booking services.  If not totally satisfied with the personalised service and the privacy provided, the customer's accommodation costs (less transaction fees) will be refunded. Privacy Policy Hosted Retreats Australia Pty Ltd respects the customer's privacy at all times.  Customer information is required to secure a reservation.  Any information supplied to Hosted Retreats Australia Pty Ltd will not be forwarded, under any circumstances, to third parties. Payment and Refund Policy Your reservation with Hosted Retreats Australia Pty Ltd is subject to the following conditions, and by confirming your reservation with us you are indicating your agreement to the following: No payment is required until your reservation is confirmed and we have provided you with an invoice. Personal identification may be requested on arrival. A non refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm all reservations. Payment equivilant to two week's accommodation, plus other services if any, provided by Hosted Retreats Australia Pty Ltd, is required 7 days prior to arrival. This payment may be made by Credit Card utilising PayPal or by direct bank transfer. All subsequent payments are required in advance in amounts equivalent to two week's accommodation. PayPal payments are only accepted when the payment is being made 7 days prior to the due date. Alternatively, payments may be made in cash or by direct bank transfer on or before the due date. A 3% fee applies to all PayPal payments. Last minute bookings are accepted with payments made by cash or direct bank transfer ONLY. Tours booked through Hosted Retreats Australia Pty Ltd require a deposit ONLY to be paid 7 days prior to arrival. The remaining tour costs are to be paid at the terminal to the tour operator on the day of each tour. If Hosted Retreats Australia Pty Ltd is unable to provide the agreed accommodation or service a refund will be given for the service not provided, less transaction fees. If the customer cancels a confirmed booking the deposit will be forfeited.
